The effect on morale of adults who take care of children improves immeasurably when the children are still having fun. Just the sound of children laughing because they are eating well and their bodies know they are not in scarcity environments. The effect on insulin is profound.
Health begins and ends with your physiological management of insulin. It is the crux of avoiding inflammation. Carbs keep you alive but only lard is going to give you vitality and a general feeling of well-being.
