AIR FORCE EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
A really cool book issued to active duty Air Force and families
This book was put together explicitly to help Air Force enlisted soldiers and their families prepare for emergencies and crisis situations in their homes and places of business. It’s no-nonsense and very heavily audited to make sure that their troops get accurate expert advice on what to do in these situations. This is part of the philosophy that a strong group begins with strong individual members and airmen who can operate on their own initiative in the event of serious disruption to society.

It’s very well laid out, professional presentation and good concise chapter format for nuclear, biological, terrorism, natural disasters, nuclear meltdowns, industrial accidents and more.
WHY SHOULD I PREPARE?
Everyone should have a plan. Disasters come in many forms: explosions, hurricanes, tornadoes, and others. Being prepared can reduce fear, anxiety, and losses that accompany these disasters.
Individuals, families, and communities should know what to do in the event of a fire and where to seek shelter during a tornado. Knowing what to expect and how to prepare makes any crisis more manageable.
