"Complete Book of Self-Sufficiency"
Excellent exhaustive tome on going completely off-grid by John Seymour

No matter how knowledgeable you may be about self-sufficient existence independent of society, chances are there are still subjects you have not encountered previously that you need to know about to succeed. Nobody can know everything except the Lord and he has only published one title so far concerned with much graver topics.
Luckily, the book has lapsed copyright and is available to answer all of those questions. I would call it about as detailed as you would want a book like this to be, there is scarcely any subject pertinent to running a small holding that is not in here. It is 258 pages of pure gold laced with diagrams, biological cycle illustrations and useful charts and tables.
Mr. Seymour has layouts for one-acre up to 5 acre properties and beyond inside this book to show you how to pack the maximum return and yield on the land you have. This is all from a guy who has done it, not an exercise for the reader by a wannabe. It’s almost as good as having an uncle nearby as a consultant.

What an amazing resource! Thank you so much for sharing~!
Another winner. I was so happy to see Seymour's book has an index, which ups the usefulness tremendously. Started on the tamarind, so hopefully that will flush out any excess fluoride I have lurking around. It's a thick liquid so easy to add to my daily drink, though it is getting a bit full of stuff, which begins to affect the taste and texture. By the way, we have an RO system for everything we drink, which I supplement with Willard Water (https://www.willardswater.com/willard-s-water/8-ultimate-concentrate-1-gallon.html).
