Forbidden Books: The Grandpa of All Lost Civilization Books
Collecting together the earliest synopsis of history proving the existence of an ancient seafaring kingdom that ruled the world from the oceans.
Ignatius Donnelly broke with the tradition of this time and published a book that went on to expose the hidden knowledge of academics of his era about possibly the most important ancient civilization of them all. Donnelly regarded Plato's account of Atlantis as largely factual and suggested that all known ancient civilizations were descended from this lost land through a process of hyperdiffusionism.
I thought it would be good early on to publish this particular book first - because you would be shocked at how much the legend correlates with many other ideas. The Fish “god” Oannis mythology about people who lived in highly advanced diving suits deep below the ocean, who were vitally interested in genetic specimens with red hair and six fingers when they came ashore and handed out chemical lightsticks as gifts. You could likely create a reference chart that would show how nearly every idea rejected by the mainstream in the past 1000 years somehow relates to the Atlantis “myth” of the technologically advanced civilization that ruled the world.

Atlantis has been said to have been ruled by red-headed giants. Did you know the “hats” of the Easter Island heads were originally painted red before somebody specifically knocked them off? I could do this all day long. Everything is six degrees of separation from Atlantis.
This great classic of Atlantean scholarship more than any other established the existence of this lost continent for the modern world. Attracting hundreds of thousands of readers and stimulating vast debate, it has influenced generations of people including countless scientists who went on to do serious work in their fields, and numerous science-fiction writers.
A lawyer and politician before he turned to writing, Ignatius Donnelly (1831‒1901) spent many years amassing evidence for his book on Atlantis. Displaying an immense knowledge of Platonic and Biblical material, comparative archeological discoveries, folk traditions of deluges, and geological data supporting catastrophic volcanic activity, Donnelly staggered his readers with his many brilliant arguments and the evidence he revealed.
The highly appealing idea of a lost continent with a high civilization, one that was the mother of all other civilizations, is one of the most enduring of all human myths and shows no signs of disappearing. Recent discoveries have confirmed vast ruins of sunken cities on the ocean floor again and again. Some of them were spotted with Google.
A seminal work on Atlantis and a classic in the history of culture, this book is the starting point for anyone sincerely interested in the Atlantis story. Still the most readable and imaginative of the books on Atlantis, it is a work that will long outlive most of the more recent accounts. As a study of the golden past, it is an enormously intriguing and enjoyable book.
This is a forbidden book. Don’t read it, don’t download it, don’t tell others about it. It is not supposed to exist.
You can tell when a book will get forbidden.
The book makes sense and answers questions we are told have no answers. Instead of obfuscating and concealing the truth, it illuminates a subject with information that just fits the facts better than anything we have been offered by the orthodoxy.
God is not the author of confusion … which gives you a good idea of who is writing the other 99% of books.
