Here he is. A lot of these kinds of people get regular work and parts thrown to them at a level they would not seem to warrant given their actual talent. I think a lot of them are being thrown a bone for what they do off-camera … not what they did in front of it. This guy couldn’t act to save his life. He gets a certain preference for other things he does in show business as a safe way of money laundering payments off the books. Fact is, Max Phipps could not act. Even he knew it. His apartment was loaded up with untraceable young boys year ‘round … runaways not found easily in any record books.

I am going to tell this story because it is salt and light against the abomination of the Australians and their evil deeds. Before you finish reading it you will realize that Australia is the darkness and that land has drowned out the light altogether.

If I were a better man I could have done more. I am sorry to say that all that I did can be found in this story. It wasn’t much but it seemed like all I could muster. You notice that all things tend to work for the good of those that love and fear the Lord. Even spite, bitterness, resentment. Even these things serve a function sometimes in God’s plan.

UPDATE : A little evidence to suggest it might all be something much, much bigger. From the original movie. Somebody got caught. There’s a sense that maybe there were quite a few others who didn’t. There have been rumors there for a long time. Apparently what Mel Gibson saw in Hollywood eventually ended up making him unemployable when he started to talk about some of it. That’s something you just do not do in this club. You never talk.
