I actually had this particular weapon in mind when I wrote the summary description for this Substack. It’s a development in military technology that is more terrible in it’s way than the atomic bomb could ever be. It’s also a very difficult premise to defend yourself and your family against because of the simple way it could be deployed against a population at any time.
