The Merck Manual (2011)
Before AI, we had the Merck Manual, compendium of all things Medical and Pharmaceutical Related
I would recommend that as with the Holy Bible, you have a hardcopy of this one in addition to digital.
This has been regarded as must-acquire by survivalists going all the way back to Kurt Saxon in the 1970’s who put it in his top ten list of books all preppers should own.
It is a summary of almost all medical data on diagnosis and treatment known up to the point it was published in 2011.
I have made doctors liars to their faces many times over the years by pulling this manual out when consulting them about my children’s health and they were bold-faced giving them drugs and antibiotics strongly prescribed against in children under 12. The real problem as with most college grads nowadays is few of them can even read.
The new kernel for my personal advisor “Hermes” is supposed to be released by Brighteon on March 10th this year and it is going to be epic judging by the early prototypes I run locally connected to Vault-SYS at the moment. I will be sure to announce it with great fanfare.
If your AI goes out post-apocalypse I advise The Merck Manual as your wireless backup as a reference.

I know you have been dealing with high blood pressure issues, and I previously recommended adding Hawthorne and Olive Leaf to your supplementation. I had a black co-worker on meds who couldn't get his blood pressure below 145. After adding those two items, his pressure stabilized to the low 120s.
I also know there are a lot of rip-offs out there, but I have found the products I have tried from Advanced Bionutritionals reliable and effective. They have a product that formulates several items, but at its base is Salvia miltiorrhiza (Chinese red sage), and it is supposed to relax all blood vessels, reducing blood pressure. I am sending this for your research in that it may help. I am not using it, as I don't need it now, so I cannot personally attest to this product, but it looks good. Here is the link. It's not a video, but text you can scroll through to see the items and the argument for the product. I get nothing out of this except maybe helping you live longer. https://www.advancedbionutritionals.com/Blood-Pressure-Supplements/How-To-Get-Better-Circulation.htm?utm_source=CIO&utm_medium=SMS&utm_campaign=ABCTLSMS#offer.
I have to say, I have explored a lot of concoctions over the years (I am an explorer/risk taker), and I have just begun a formula that is guaranteed to solve my peripheral neuropathy within a few months or full money back. This is my primary unsolved concern at the moment. I will let you know if this works or not. I took my first dose this morning.
I can say that the L Reuteri yogurt is showing very promising signs, especially with my blood sugar, which for the first time is in the high 80s and low 90s, upon rising in the morning. That is a radical change from the 105-115 as my previous best. I am interested in seeing what my A1C is next month. It currently is 5.5, which is very good for a ~78-year-old moderate type 2 on metformin.
May God continue to bless, protect, and heal you as you are washed in the blood of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. By His stripes, you are healed.
Don’t just get the Physician’s Desk Reference. There is also The Physicians Desk reference for over the counter meds, and a physician’s desk reference for herbals.
