I know you have been dealing with high blood pressure issues, and I previously recommended adding Hawthorne and Olive Leaf to your supplementation. I had a black co-worker on meds who couldn't get his blood pressure below 145. After adding those two items, his pressure stabilized to the low 120s.
I also know there are a lot of rip-offs out there, but I have found the products I have tried from Advanced Bionutritionals reliable and effective. They have a product that formulates several items, but at its base is Salvia miltiorrhiza (Chinese red sage), and it is supposed to relax all blood vessels, reducing blood pressure. I am sending this for your research in that it may help. I am not using it, as I don't need it now, so I cannot personally attest to this product, but it looks good. Here is the link. It's not a video, but text you can scroll through to see the items and the argument for the product. I get nothing out of this except maybe helping you live longer. https://www.advancedbionutritionals.com/Blood-Pressure-Supplements/How-To-Get-Better-Circulation.htm?utm_source=CIO&utm_medium=SMS&utm_campaign=ABCTLSMS#offer.
I have to say, I have explored a lot of concoctions over the years (I am an explorer/risk taker), and I have just begun a formula that is guaranteed to solve my peripheral neuropathy within a few months or full money back. This is my primary unsolved concern at the moment. I will let you know if this works or not. I took my first dose this morning.
I can say that the L Reuteri yogurt is showing very promising signs, especially with my blood sugar, which for the first time is in the high 80s and low 90s, upon rising in the morning. That is a radical change from the 105-115 as my previous best. I am interested in seeing what my A1C is next month. It currently is 5.5, which is very good for a ~78-year-old moderate type 2 on metformin.
May God continue to bless, protect, and heal you as you are washed in the blood of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. By His stripes, you are healed.
One additional thing. A doctor I follow, Dr. Steven Gundry, has found that consuming Medium/Short-chain fatty acids (MCT), as found in Coconut oil products, forces the liver to produce ketones, putting you into almost immediate ketosis, which will burn fat and protect muscle. I have added it to my first two cups of coffee every morning. It also helps correct a fatty liver. This will help you lose weight, which, if I remember, you wanted to do. He argues that almost no one he has tested on Keto diets ever gets into active ketosis. This does it automatically, regardless of the associated diet. I have also started intermittent fasting by only eating between 7 am and noon. That gives me 19 hours of rest for my gut. I have just begun that this week. I only consume water with a dash of Himalayan salt (trace minerals) or herbal teas during that time. Weight is not a problem for me as I weigh the same as I did playing basketball in college (6'5", 195). Intermittent fasting and ketosis are supposed to help my body deal with "zombie cells." (break them down for their useful components) and make my organs more efficient as those dead heads are processed and replaced with new, active cells.
Brighteon? That's Mike Adams' organization. I saw an interview with him today and he talked about his Enoch AI model they're building. It's due out by March 1st and he says it will be free.
Don’t just get the Physician’s Desk Reference. There is also The Physicians Desk reference for over the counter meds, and a physician’s desk reference for herbals.
Not a bad plan however, Big Pharma has never, at any time, been “pro-health” or interested in curing you. Their entire efforts over the last 100 years has been to train you to be dependent upon prescriptions, medical care, and taking “vaccines”.
Good, old fashioned remedies have been severely maligned and to a great extent suppressed. There’s no money in simple cures. Prescriptions, “vaccines”, cancer…cash cows for Big Pharma.
I’d be inclined to use the modern PDR as a guide of what not to use.

Great stuff, thanks again Cleve
Also there is a Merck Veterinary manual
I hope that you’ve been considering adding sauna to your routine…

Thanks as always!🤗
Comforting to know, and have!
(A bird in the hand
Is worth two in the bush- In case the electricity goes out!)
Physicians Desk Reference (PDR) should be included with that. Would look at owning present day, and one from the 70’s.
One from 70's and present day - both? Because...? Thank you.
The present day one will have the most up to date meds, while the 70’s one will have meds that worked that Big Pharma doesn’t want you to know about.
