Mind Viruses: Doctors and Scientists Who No Longer Think
Cult-like behavior infects every aspect of society now. Don't become a victim of a mind virus yourself.
"There's a biological basis to these changes in people in the last two generations. It's not the "culture" that triggered these changes. That's the exact opposite of the causality. All of these behaviors are just flowing into channels that created this biology, not the other way around. When you look into people's eyes, you can see the lights are on but nobody is at home. Something is missing up there. Without that mindfulness, civilization becomes relatively impossible. They are then prone to adopt whatever notions they think are most acceptable. Because it is biological first, reasoning is futile for the most part. It won't change anything."
